Welcome to Autus Cumbria

Autus Cumbria supports autistic children and adults by offering social opportunities, support, training and advocacy. We are a small not-for-profit organisation with a big heart – offering a helping hand, friendly face and support for autistic people  and their family, friends and colleagues.

Autus Cumbria is based at Walney Community Centre in Barrow-in-Furness. However, we offer a range of services across various parts of South West Cumbria.

We offer:

  • After School Sessions & Youth Groups

  • Social Activities & Groups for Adults

  • Responsive Communication Sessions

  • Support & Advice for Parents/Carers

  • Autism Talks, Training & Workshops
