Employment Support & Advice For Autistic Adults

We’re offering support for autistic adults who are looking for employment or are in employment but would like advice on how they might improve their working environment and relationships.

Our employment support is based at The Bridge in Barrow. Linda will be offering drop-in sessions each Wednesday 1pm - 4:30pm to help support with the following:
​

• Recognising your skills

• Creating a successful CV

• Interview preparation and what to expect

• Reasonable adjustments and how to ask for them

• Creating an autism passport to help your employer understand how to support you in the workplace
